| 摘 要： | 工作流技术作为计算机领域的一个研究热点已经获得了很多的研究成果，在很多领域进行了相关的应用研究。其对于提高我国企业信息化程度、运行效率以及竞争力都有着重要意义。本文简单概述了工作流技术的构成及发展，并介绍了工作流的应用，提出了工作流技术的重要性及发展方向。
