| 摘 要： | 大学英语师资队伍建设是高校英语教学改革的重要组成部分。对云南省新建的几所本科院校进行调查，发现这些院校大学英语师资队伍建设中存在着很多问题：汉族和少数民族教师比例严重不协调，中高级职称教师比例偏低，教师很少有机会外出进修，教师工作量普遍较重等。在对这些问题进行分析研究的基础上，提出了一些相应的解决措施，旨在提高云南省新建本科院校大学英语师资队伍的水平，提高大学英语的教学质量。
