| 摘 要： | 采用献资料及教学实践等研究方法，从健美操的准备艺术、表演艺术、语言艺术、组织艺术、环境艺术、评价艺术等六个方面对健美操选项课的艺术性作了初步探讨。最后提出了健美操选项课应不断提高其艺术观赏性，以求为丰富和完善健美操选项课服务。

| Abstract: | This paper ,using the documents and teaching practices as the study methods, from six aspects of the art of preparation, performance, language, organization .circumstance and evalulion, probed into the optional course of aerobics dancing. And it finally put forward the teachers of aerobics dancing should continuously improve the leaching art to help make the leaching rich and perfect. |
