| 摘 要： | 通过多元回归模型和案例比较,在探讨我国体育产业与养老产业融合发展理念的基础上,考证实现两大产业融合的市场关系和经营模式。结果显示:1)体育产业与养老产业融合发展是服务运营商通过对体育消费产品和养老消费产品的特色内容进行集成开发,进而打造促成"体育+养老"消费新业态的产业创新过程;2)偏最小二乘回归分析表明,依托体育产品经营布局增强养老市场活力、依托养老市场黏度提高体育产品经营实力,有利于形成体育产业与养老产业的联动关系;3)"体育+养老"跨界经营新模式源于需求指引式融合、服务重组式融合、资源互享式融合、市场共拓式融合、功能延伸式融合、技术渗透式融合;4)做实做活细分型老年体育消费市场、加快健全完善多支柱养老保险体系、着力分类推进人口老龄化国情教育是支持两大产业融合发展的政策抓手。

| Abstract: | Based on the multiple regression model and case comparison,on the basis of discussing the concept of the integration development of China’s sports industry and pension industry,this paper makes a textual research on the market relationship and management mode of realizing the integration of the two industries.The results show that:1)The integration development of sports industry and pension industry is a process of industrial innovation for service operators to promote a new consumption pattern of"sports+pension"through integrated development of the characteristics of sports consumption products and pension consumption products;2)Partial least squares regression analysis shows that relying on the management layout of sports products to enhance the vitality of the pension market and relying on the viscosity of the pension market to improve the management strength of sports products are conducive to the formation of the linkage between sports industry and the pension industry;3)The new cross-border management mode of"sports+pension"originates from demand-oriented integration,service restructuring integration,resource sharing integration,market extension integration,function extension integration and technology penetration integration;4)Strengthening the segmented sports consumption market for the aged,speeding up and perfecting the multi-pillar old-age insurance system,and promoting the education on the national conditions of the aging population are the key policies to support the integration and development of the two industries. |
