| 摘 要： | 家庭体育作为德国全民健身运动的突破口,已经走过了三十多年的发展历程。对德国家庭体育的缘起以及管理、运行、保障、促进机制进行研究,发现德国家庭体育缘起于德国"黄金计划"的实施,具有以下特征:以国家体育的最高管理机构为纽带,注重家庭与俱乐部的协同管理;注重多部门与机构的协调合作,整合社会资源;注重体育俱乐部的责任体现,创编家庭体育指南;注重以家庭友好为中心的发展模式是推动家庭体育发展的机制动力。得到以下启示:充分发挥政策的引导作用,培育各类推动家庭体育发展的社会组织;基于学校、家庭、社区的一体化模型,创建良好的家庭体育开展环境;完善《家庭体育指南》,引导我国家庭体育的开展;坚持"以家庭为中心"的家庭体育发展模式。

| Abstract: | Family sports,as a breakthrough of national fitness in Germany,has gone through more than 30 years of development.This paper studies the origin,management,operation,guarantee and promotion mechanism of family sports in Germany.It is found that family sports in Germany originated from the implementation of"Gold Plan"in Germany,which has the following characteristics:taking the top management organization of national sports as the link,paying attention to the coordinated management of family and club;paying attention to the coordination and cooperation of multiple departments and organizations to integrate social resources;focusing on the responsibility of sports clubs to create family sports guide;and focusing on family friendly development model is the mechanism driving force to promote the development of family sports.The enlightenments are as follows:to give full play to the guiding role of the policy and cultivate all kinds of social organizations to promote the development of family sports;to create a good environment for the development of family sports based on the integration model of school,family and community;to improve the Family Sports Guide to lead the development of family sports in China and to adhere to the"family centered"sports development model. |
