太极拳运动对大学生心境状态的影响研究

摘    要:当代大学生身心健康状况令人堪忧,心境健康水平偏低,心理障碍问题较为突出。文章采用文献资料法,并应用简化的心境状态剖面图(poms)的量表,通过对经常习练太极拳的大学生,进行练拳前后两组数据的对比。研究结果显示:大学生经常练习太极拳,不但能够增强体质、促进心理健康,改变个人焦虑、急躁、易怒的脾性;同时,还能调节抑郁、疲劳、惊慌、愤怒和紧张等消极的心境状态。从而,使大学生变得豁达、沉静、随和、乐观、健康的精神状态。

Abstract:The physical and mental health of the contemporary college students is worrying, their mental health level is low, and psychological problems are more prominent. This article is based on the application of the simplified mood state pores and the comparison of two groups of data from the students before and after their Taijiquan exercises with the way of literature material. The result shows that the students' practice of Taijiquan not only can strengthen their physique, promote mental health, and can change personal anxiety, impatience and irritable temperament, but also can adjust students' depression, fatigue, panic, anger and tension and negative mood state. Thereby, Tajiquan exercises can make college students be open-minded, quiet, easy-going, optimistic, healthy state of mind.
