| 摘 要： | 开放大学是致力于大众高等教育的一所创新型大学,未来开放大学的办学定位目前虽然还没有明确,但笔者认为,它应该立足于开放加包容、传承加创新的新型大学这个基点,立足于全民终身学习这个大环境,故此,它的办学视角应该在"扬弃"广播电视大学办学、开辟开放大学学历教育提升的层面,注重学历与非学历教育的深度融合、非学历与社会化教育服务宽泛化辐射、拓展国际化教育合作等方面。

A Vision Angle Research on Open University Running |

| Abstract: | The Open University,a new form of university,is dedicated to the public high education.Although the position of this education is not definite yet,the author believes that it shall aim at the lifelong civil education on the basis of opening,tolerance,inheritance and creation.Therefore,this form of education should abandon the practice of the TV and Radio University and be promoted to the level of academic education highlighting the merge of academic and non academic education.Additionally,the in-depth influence resulted from the combination of non academic education and social education service shall also be stressed.Meanwhile,cooperation in the international education shall be broadened. |
