学分银行“学习成果认证”方法研究

摘    要:学分银行制度是一种为了实现终身学习社会而采取的突破传统的专业和学习时段限制,将学历教育与技能培训结合起来的教育创新模式。针对学习者进行学习成果认证是学分银行制度建立的基础和前提,这种认证在中国的应用还有待发展和完善。本文综述了国外现存的学分银行中学习成果认证方面的实践和经验,并对我国学习成果认证机制的构建进行了初步思考和探索,提出了相应的建议和对策。

Abstract:The system of credit bank is a creative pattern which can implement lifelong learning through combine academic education and skills training,it also breaks the traditional limits on speciality and study period.Give learners a certification of academic achievements is the foundation and premise that make the credit bank system come true,however the application of the certification needs to develop and improve in China.This study summary of ways and experiences of academic achievements certification in foreign countries exist,explore the mechanism of academic achievements certification in China,and propose advice and suggestion.
