| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代，编辑要有更高的政治鉴别能力；要有较强的专业技术能力；要有较强的创新能力；要有善于学习、获取新知识、新信息的能力；要有信息处理能力。在编辑培训上，要从战略高度去认识编辑培训工作的重要意义；要建立科学的培训体系和完善的培训机制；要从改进培训方法入手去加强编辑创新能力的培训；要建立有效的奖惩机制强化编辑提高自身素质的内在动力。
