摘    要:文章概括地介绍了当前日本基础教育信息化的主要举措和一些成果。基于此,探讨了“IT学校”工作的运作和信息伦理道德教育的方式等对于我国基础教育信息化和信息技术教育实施的借鉴和启示。

Abstract:In this thesis, the authors introduce the current measures and achievements of the informationalization of Japanese basic education summarily. Then the authors probe into the running of IT school and the implementation pattern of informational ethic and moral education, which can provide reference for the informationalization of Chinese basic education and the implementation of informational and technological education.
