| 摘 要： | 社会需求分析是课程开发中一项非常重要的工作。由于缺少有力的需求分析工具,大多课程开发者在课程开发过程中要么全凭经验进行简化操作,要么干脆放弃这项工作。社会是角色及其关系的集合,认识了角色及其关系,也就认识了社会需求。社会角色分析是一种社会需求分析方法,它的主要任务是确定社会特定领域的角色构成以及角色现状及其发展需要。角色分析的最终结果是典型或关键活动的特征表格以及代表角色形象的角色属性特征表格。角色分析所确定的有关角色的关键知识、关键能力和关键价值观是知识分析的起点。角色分析和知识分析是课程开发技术的重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | Social requirement analysis is one of the most important parts in curriculum development.Without a powerful analysis tool,curriculum developers always predigest,and sometimes even abandon,the social requirement analysis.Since society contains sets of roles and their relations,so if one knows the social roles and their relation,one shall understand the social requirement.For role analysis,an approach to social requirement analysis,it aims at role attributes today and tomorrow.The result of role analysis,which is the input of knowledge analysis,includes the attribute tables of typical activities or kernel activities,and the attribute tables of roles,which contain the kernel knowledge,abilities and views of values of the roles.The technology of social-roles analysis and knowledge analysis are important component of the technology of curriculum development. |
