摘    要:随着西藏社会经济的不断繁荣发展,社会深层矛盾日益突出,成长中的藏族青少年面临着各种复杂的心理冲突和压力。与其他地区相比,西藏地区的生活环境、社会文化环境和学生心理有着自身的独特性,如果照搬内地心理教育模式,可能会面临许多问题和困难。因此,通过整理近年来西藏中学生心理健康教育的研究文献,对存在的问题进行归纳总结,提出建构西藏中学生心理教育的具体目标与任务,并通过积极开展讲座、心理宣传落实到位,学科课程和活动课程相渗透,设立"心灵之约"和"悄悄话"信箱等具体途径,以及通过"家校"合作、"社校"合作有效弥补学校心理教育短板、形成合力的方式,为藏族中学生幸福生活和健康成长奠定基础。

Abstract:With the unceasing development of economy in Tibet, deep social contradictions become increasingly prominent. The growing Ti- betan adolesoents face all kinds of complex psychological conflicts and pressure. Compared with other regions, the living environment, social cultural environment and the students' psychology all have their own uniqueness in Tibet. If copy the mainland psychological education model, teachers may be faced with many problems and difficuhies. Therefore, by teasing out the research literature of the middle sohool students' mental health education in Tibet in recent years, the paper summarizes the existing problems and puts forward the construction goals and tasks of Ti- betan middle sohool students' psychological education. The purpose is to lay a solid foundation for the Tibetan students' happy life and healthy growth through actively delivering lectures, psychological propaganda to make sure its pmetiee, the interpenetration of the subject curriculum and aetivities curriculum, the establishment of "Listen to Your Heart" and "Whisper" mailbox and other specific ways, as well as through "home- school" cooperation, "sohool- community" eooperation which can effectively make up the deficiency in school psychological education and contribute to form jointed efforts.
