| 摘 要： | 中国书院教育经历了数千年的历史演进,到了21世纪的今天,当代大学正结合西方住宿学院制进行书院制建设的尝试。书院精神是中国传统教育的结晶,其中"尊德行"的德育教育、"精思善疑"的求是精神和"以天下为己任"的责任教育等教育性特点更是书院教育的精髓和灵魂。对古代书院精神的教育性特点进行梳理和总结,有利于对书院精神进行更加深入的理解,而进一步有利于当代大学书院制建设从中寻求启迪,汲取借鉴,形成重视学科交叉的通识教育、配备全方位指导的导师团队和构建师生融合的学术型社区等当代大学书院文化,继承和发展了中华民族优秀的教育文化。

| Abstract: | Academy in China has experienced thousands of years of historical evolution.Today in the 21 st century,contemporary universities are trying to combine western boarding academic system with the construction of the academic system.Academic spirit is the crystallization of traditional Chinese education through history,which includes the moral education of virtue respect,the down-to-earth spirit of careful considering and good suspecting and the responsibility education of the whole world as its own duty.Such educational characteristics are the essence and soul of college education.The combing and summarizing of the educational characteristics of ancient academic spirit help realize a further understanding of the academic spirit,and to further seek enlightenment in the construction of contemporary academy,draw reference,develop ageneral education which attaches importance to interdisciplinary equipped with the tutor team that can provide comprehensive guidance and build the academic community of teachers and students with contemporary academic culture and inherit and develop the excellent educational culture of the Chinese nation. |
