| Abstract: | An epoch brings up an operating model,the emerging virtual operating has its actuality background and practice reason.Moreover,as an existing practice model,this paper follows three levels such as value(the theory of value chain),cost(the theory of deal cost and contract)and evolution(the theory of hyper-cycle theory)go forward one by one analyzing the theory basis of virtual operating. |
