| 摘 要： | 党校图书馆参考咨询服务发展到一定阶段逐渐显现出在深度服务和个性化服务上的局限性，需要不断发展和创新才能适应党校教学科研改革的不断深入。学科馆员制度是一种主动式的、创新的服务模式，是党校信息服务的发展方向。文章以广东省委党校图书馆为例，探讨了党校图书馆建立学科馆员制度的方式方法。
