职业技能竞赛负效应及其治理研究

摘    要:职业技能竞赛的正效应得到了广泛的认同。但任何事物都有正反两方面,职业技能竞赛在推进和发展过程中,依旧存在诸多负效应,其负效应具有间接性、动态性和多元性等基本特征,且表现形式各异,包括挤占教学资源、干扰教学评价、弱化教学激励、窄化教学内容以及破坏教学生态等。扩大校赛覆盖面,建立赛教资源共建共享机制,创新省赛国赛成果转化,构建竞赛反哺教学机制,优化竞赛激励制度,培育竞赛育人文化等措施,是当前治理职业技能竞赛负效应的可行之策。

Study on the Negative Effect of Vocational Skill Competition and Governance

Abstract:It is well-known that the positive effect of vocational skill competition has been widely recognized.However,every coin has two sides.There is no doubt that there exist some negative effects during the process of vocational skill competition.Generally,the negative effects have the salient features of indirectness,dynamic and pluralism,and different forms,which include occupying teaching resources,interfering with teaching evaluation,weakening teaching incentives,narrowing teaching content,and destroying teaching ecology,etc.Therefore,It is essential to expand the coverage of school competition,establish the co-construction and sharing mechanism of competition teaching resources,innovate the transformation of provincial competition results,construct the teaching mechanism of competition feedback.The purpose is to optimize the competition incentive system,and cultivate the culture of competition education.
