| 摘 要： | 房地产估价档案随着房地产估价行业的迅速发展而引起人们的重视。论文在对房地产估价档案工作充分调研的基础上,分析了房地产估价档案制度建设现状及存在的问题,明确了房地产估价档案制度建设的指导思想、原则与要求,从框架结构和基本内容两方面构建了房地产估价档案管理制度体系。

| Abstract: | Real estate appraisal archives have been paid attention to with the development of real estate valuation industry.The paper analyzed the current situation,problems,guiding ideology,principles and requirements of the real estate appraisal archives system construction based on the full surveys. And the paper also established a construction system from the framework and basic content. |
