| 摘 要： | 协调外部公共关系是现代企业管理中非常重要的一环,也是中高层管理人员的一项基本技能。汉高祖刘邦是协调外部、建立良好公共关系的好手,在发展壮大自己力量、建立和巩固汉帝国的过程中,刘邦成功地发挥了自己在公共关系方面的才能和技巧。刘邦协调外部关系的手段和技巧在今天的商业活动中仍有积极的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | How to coordinate outer public relations is a key factor in modern enterprise management and a basic skill for middle and top level management personnel. Liu Bang, Emperor Han Gaozu in Han Dynasty, was very good at coordinating outer public relations and establishing good public relations. While developing his political power, establishing and strengthening Han kingdom, Liu Bang made the best use of his talents and skills in dealing with public relations. His success in this respect can be still used for reference in today's business activities. |
