| 摘 要： | 从扬州软件产业的现状出发,指出了制约其发展的原因有产业集聚效应尚未形成、高层次人才匮乏、软件企业规模小等方面,提出了明确发展重点、建立人才培养和激励机制、整合企业资源等6个方面的对策。 |

| Abstract: | In view of the present situation of software industry in Yangzhou,this paper points out the factors to restrict its development and presents strategies for promoting the software industry in Yangzhou from six perspectives such as clarifying the development orientation,setting up the personnel training and incentive mechanism and integrating enterprise resources,etc. |
