| 摘 要： | 跆拳道是发源于朝鲜半岛的武道运动,从走上竞技体育舞台开始,就十分注重按照竞技体育特点对自身加以不断改进和完善。竞赛规则的合理改进是竞技体育项目完善的特征之一。跆拳道规则自1973年第一稿出台后,在30年竞技比赛实践中,较大幅度修改达10次之多。规则的完善促进了该项目在世界竞技体育领域的发展。研究现行《跆拳道竞赛规则》特点及其规则变化对比赛的影响,有益于教练员和运动员深入理解跆拳道项目,尽快适应现行规则,使训练方法手段有更强的针对性。

| Abstract: | Taekwondo is a martial art originating from Korea Peninsula.Since Taekwondo becomes asports item,it has unceasingly perfected itself based on the feature of sports.Reasonable improvement of match rules is a marked feature of sports item development.The foremost rules of Taekwondo were completed in 1973,and in the thirty years match practice,it experienced ten times considerable modifications.The rules'perfection promotes Taekwondo development in the field of sports.Studying the feature of effective Taekwondo match rules and the influence on match of Taekwondo rules'variation can improve trainer and athlete's comprehension about Taekwondo,shorten the time in which that they adapt effective Taekwondo match,and reinforce training method's accuracy. |
