| 摘 要： | 当“产业化”的喧嚣、“世界一流”的激情、“教育公平”的呐喊都失却“新颖”，成了老生常谈的话语之后，作为理性堡垒的大学确实需要反思本身。尽最大限度地将趋利性为我所用，正确引导，将其转变成促进大学发展的重要动力，但必须有一个利益权衡的基点。利益基点确立对位，就有助于大学的发展；利益基点如若与肩负的历史和组织使命不相吻合，一定会束缚大学的发展。其要义正是在于打破利益分配中的官僚垄断地位，在行政与学术之间建立平衡系统，让两者都找到各自的正确位置——行政在为学术服务的同时获取利益，学术在为大学目标的实现中有所作为而获取利益。

| Abstract: | Self- reflections are needed for rational universities after the hullabaloo for ＂industrialization＂, the enthusiasm for ＂world - class＂, the call for ＂educational equality＂ have lost their ＂novelty＂ and become cliche. The property for interests should be made to the maximum use of for me, guide correctly and change into a major driving force for the development of the universities, but there must be a base point for interests balance. If the interests base point is in correct position, it will help the development of the university. If the interests base point doesn＇t accord with its historical and organizational mission, it will bound help the development of the university. The main idea is to break the bureaucratic menopoly position in the distribution of interests and to establish a balance system between administration and academy, i.e. the administration serves the academy and gains interests at the same time while the academy gain interests in the achievement of the university purpose. |
