| 摘 要： | 在建设中国特色社会主义的实践中,客观上存在着两种发展观:一种是形而上学的发展观,一种是唯物辩证法的发展观。党的十六届三中全会提出了全面、协调、可持续的发展观。这一新发展观,是对人们在建设中国特色社会主义中不断克服形而上学的发展观、坚持唯物辩证法的发展观实践的科学总结。
