| 摘 要： | 房地产业是我国国民经济的支柱性行业,房地产业能否持续健康发展,关系国计民生,影响子孙后代.因此,分析房地产业存在的一些违背持续健康发展理念的现象及这些现象产生的主要原因,提出当前房地产业持续健康发展的建议,具有重要的现实意义.

| Abstract: | Real estate industry is a basic and backbone industry of our country.Whether it can healthily develop or not has related to the national economy and the people's livelihood and affects the following generations.So,it has an important real meaning to analyze the idea betraying the healthy development of the real estate industry existing in the real estate industry and the main reason why it is caused and to put forward the suggestion for promoting the durable health development of the real estate industry. |
