| 摘 要： | 体育转型是体育发展的必要过程与必然结果，高师体育的转型建设是为阐发素质教育和以人为本的思想精髓、以高师体育的理性化为目标的理性建设过程，因而应在重估体育价值的基础上，突破传统教学思想和模式的束缚，立足于人本体育、素质体育、终身体育，以教育学生的体育化修养，科学素养与自主体育能力为目标，将目光投向高师体育理论教学和运动教学的实质，投向有目的、有计划、有针对性的高师体育整体建设的全面改革。

| Abstract: | Transformation of PE is a necessary process and inevitable result of the development of PE.The construction of PE transformation in normal universities is a process of rational construction.Thus,the value of PE should be reexamined,the bondage of traditional teaching notion and model should be broken.Besides,based on human PE,quality PE,life long PE and aimed at cultivating students' PE cultural quality and autonomic PE ability,we should examine the essence of PE theoretical and physical teaching so as to carry out a well directed,well planned and an overall construction and reform of PE in normal universities. |
