| Abstract: | Governing country with law is china`s governing strategy. It is of great importance for constructing a socialist legislational country which has set up the target of reforming political system and realizing democratic politics. Therefore, governing country with law is inscribed into the constitution of our party. It marks a fundamental change in the strategy of governing our country. Governing with law is the essence of governing country with law. In this article, The author makes an elaboration on connatation, goal and significance of it and makes a deep explosion on the ways and steps of it. |
