| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和数理统计分析方法 ,对我国男子铅球运动员惠振豹各项素质进行了综合分析 ,找出了影响运动成绩的主要因素 ,建立了惠振豹的专项成绩的身体素质训练模型 ,为教练员的训练提供了参考依据。

| Abstract: | Methods of the documents and mathematical statistics were used to give a synthetic analysis of physical fitness indexes in Chinese man shot thrower Hui Zheng-bao, the main physical fitness affecting the specific performance were found and the model of physical fitness of training were set up, and some training reference basis for coach have been put forward. |
