摘    要:阐明师生沟通渗透人文关怀的重要性;结合班主任工作实例,阐述教师在师生沟通过程中从尊重学生、理解学生、关爱学生、信任学生、宽容学生、激励学生、坦诚对待学生、真情献给学生的八个方面渗透人文关怀;强调班主任只有具备较高的综合素质,才能更好地渗透人文关怀。

Abstract:The importance of the human concern seeping is explained. United with the working cases of the teachers in charge of classes, the teachers are hoped to respect, understand, care about, trust, forgive, encourage, treat frankly and honestly, offer the true feeling to the students. And only when the teachers in charge of classes have the high quality, they can do the human concern seeping well.
