不同层次职业管理策略对员工态度的影响

摘    要:对企业、个体两个不同层次的职业管理策略与员工职业满意感和组织承诺的关系进行了研究。结果表明,当单独对两个层次的策略进行分析时,它们对职业满意感和组织承诺都有显著影响;当同时对两个层次的策略综合进行分析时,发现个体职业管理策略主要影响组织承诺,企业职业管理策略对职业满意感和组织承诺都有显著影响,企业职业管理策略对结果变量的影响显著大于个体职业管理策略。研究结果说明了要使员工与企业共同成长,企业职业管理策略起着主导作用。

Abstract:This paper analyzes relationships among individual career management strategy, organizational career management strategy and employees' career satisfaction and organizational commitment . The results show that individual career management strategy influenced employees' organizational commitment significantly, and organizational career management strategy influenced employees' career satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly. The effects would be amplified when two levels of career management strategies interacted. The main effects of individual career management strategy on career satisfaction and organizational commitment were dominated by organizational career management strategy.
