| 摘 要： | 陕西省普通大学“十五”期间把教师队伍的建设列为学校建设的核心,要求整体提高教师队伍学历层次,具有博士学位达到平均31．3％,具有博士、硕士学位的达到平均72．5％以上。体育教师队伍的建设要定位在学校发展的水平上,只有跨越式的发展体育师资队伍,在抓好青年教师的学历层次同时,对青年教师在科学研究、教学、训练、群体进行培养,体育教师才能在充分发挥学校三大功能中做贡献。

| Abstract: | Shannxi common colleges have taken the construction of teacher team as the center ot their schools during the 10th five-year .It requires to improve the educational background levels of their teachers to such a degree -31.3% have docarate,72.5% have docarate or master's degree.The construction of PE staff must be located on the developing level of their schools,and the PE teachers team should be developed substantially. Only with improving the teacher's academic degree level and cultivating the teachers in reserch ,traning,teaching,mass sport,the teachers can play a big role in the main functions of school. |
