摘    要:XRD、FT-IR及HRTEM等表征证实合成了Cu、Ce双元金属嵌入的HMS,合成样品为球状纳米晶体,Cu、Ce双元金属的嵌入,使HMS的D100面的X衍射特征吸收峰呈现宽化和低角位移趋势,Si-O四面体的骨架不对伸缩振动带(1082cm-1)因金属源和嵌入的金属元素不同,出现不同程度的紫移.

Abstract:Synthesized of Cu and Ce-containing mesoporous molecular silica sieve(Cu/Ce HMS) was characterized by means of X ray diffraction(XRD)?fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT IR)?high resolution electron microscope(HREM) etc.the ball nano-crystal configuration, the widened D100 peak form and decreased angular displacement were reviewed in the XRD spectra of Cu/Ce HMS, in the mean while, the different wavenumbers increasing of the asymmetric expansion vibration band(1082cm -1 ) of Si - O tetrahedral configuration because of different metal sources and different metal elements were showed in the fourier transform infraredspectroscopy.
