| Abstract: | In order to create school-running characteristics,higher vocational schools in late-developing area should grasp key steps in the characteristic construction closely,such as school-running guiding thought,specialty construction and cultivation of teaching staff,and deal well with various important relationships between school-running fund and hardware investment,between school development and treatment of teachers and between regulative management and flexible change. |
