| 摘 要： | 为了了解和掌握六盘水市成年女性体育健康现状和体质变化规律。科学评价成年人群的健康水平，运用比较法，对六盘水市869名成年女性的体质现状进行研究。结果表明：六盘水市成年女性身体形态、身体机能、身体素质各指标随着年龄增长呈下降趋势。

| Abstract: | Adopted the comparative analysis, this paper conducts a study in a sample of 869 adult female in Liupanshui, in order to grasp and understand the current situation of physical fitness and its variation principles. The results show that the physical shape, physical function and fitness of the adults in Liupanshui apparently declined with the growth of age. |
