| 摘 要： | 推优入党是高校共青团至关重要的工作,在实际的操作过程中,这项工作还存在着如学生入党动机不纯、培养体系不完善、推优标准不统一、工作指导不足、教育内容换代慢、形式少等多方面的问题。高校共青团需要加强思想引领、完善培养体系、深化组织领导、明确推优标准、扩宽学习渠道,以确保推优入党工作能够更好展开。

| Abstract: | It is an important work for the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities to recommend excellent students to join the party.In the actual working process,there are many problems such as the impure motivation of students to join the party,the imperfect training system,the disunity of the standard of promoting excellent students,the lack of work guidance,the slow replacement of educational content,and the lack of forms and so on.The Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities needs to strengthen ideological guidance,improve the training system,deepen organizational leadership,clarify the standards for promoting excellence,and expand learning channels to ensure that the work of recommending excellence into the party can be better carried out. |
