| 摘 要： | 本文从人力资本的角度深入考察了湖北省仙桃市城市贫困家庭的贫困现状，发现城市贫困家庭劳动者的人力资本存量低下是其家庭贫困的重要原因。因而．加大对人力资本的投资，提高劳动者的人力资本存量，是解决我国当前城市贫困问题的根本途径。

| Abstract: | Based on human capital theory, through an in-depth interview, an empirical study on the relationship between human capital and poverty of families in cities has been carried out. It draws a conclusion that the low stock of human capital of a laborer in cities is an important cause to make his family poor. As a result, author suggests that increasing the investment in human capital is the fundamental way to resolve the problem of poverty in cities in China. |
