| 摘 要： | 功能理论认为译文预期目的和功能决定翻译策略。招投标文件的翻译目的明确、译本须遵循固有的行文格式、是一种注重原文和译文功能对等的跨文化交际活动。典型汉译英译例表明在具体实践中,根据委托人的翻译要求,以译文功能和读者期望为导向,有助于译者摆脱原文表层语言的束缚,创造性地运用以归化法为主的套译、增译和省译等策略,这样才能译出专业规范的文本,最大限度地实现招投标文件的翻译目的。

| Abstract: | Functionalist theory holds that TT＇ s intended purpose and function determine translation strategies. The translation of bidding documents and bids is a cross-cultural activity with clear purposes. TI＂ should be compliance with its special textual format and functionally equivalent to ST. The typical examples of translation from Chinese to English in this paper justify that in accordance with the client＇ s translation brief, translator should be oriented towards Tr＇ s functions and its receivers＇ expectations, shake off the shackles of ST＇ s superficial language, and creatively apply domestication based strategies, including corresponding translation as well as methods of adding and omitting into his practice, so as to maximize translation purposes of bidding documents and bids with a stylistically standard TT. |
