| 摘 要： | 近年来,我院汽车整形技术专业对在校企合作工学结合中实现校企双赢的方法和途径进行了探索与实践,以校企合作工学结合运行机制为基础,实施人才培养模式的改革创新,打造专兼互融双师素质教学团队,围绕企业技术操作工艺流程,深化课程体系与教学内容改革,初步实现了校企合作共建绿色钣喷专业、工学结合共育汽车整形技术人才的双赢局面。

| Abstract: | In recent years,we have made exploration and practice on approaches of achieving a win-win cooperation of colleges and enterprises in Automotive Shaping Technology Major in the combination of work and study process.Based on operation mechanism of cooperation of colleges and enterprises,combination of work and study,we implement the reform and innovation of talent cultivation model,create a teaching team with double qualified certifications,around the technological process of enterprise technology operation,deepen the reform of the curriculum system and teaching content,initially realize win-win situation based on school-enterprise cooperation to build green sheet sprayed major,and combination of work and study to cultivate automotive shaping technology talents. |
