| 摘 要： | 自从1998年我国旅游业被确定成为国民经济新的增长点后,已有多个省市自治区将旅游产业确立为重点经济支柱产业,同时也带动激发了一些投资商对旅游景区酒店业投资的热潮。但随着投资热潮的掀起,投资风险也随之不断的增加。但在实际中会出现宏观发展趋势与投资企业微观收益之间、投资热情与投资回报之间不相等同的现象,这也就说明作为在旅游景区投资和产出较大的酒店投资项目在一定程度上是具有相当较大的风险。

| Abstract: | Since 1998,our country determined that tourism is the new growth point of national economy,and a number of provinces and autonomous regions have defined tourism as the pillar industry in the key economy,which also stimulates the boom that many investors begin to invest the hotel in the tourism attractions.However,with the investment boom,the investment risk has been increasing.But in practice,there will be unequal phenomenon between the macro development trend and micro income of investment enterprise,investment enthusiasm and the investment return,which shows that there is a relative big risk of the investment in the tourism attractions and the hotel investment project which has a big output to a certain extent. |
