| 摘 要： | 本研究的目的是为了编制高职学生顶岗实习心理压力源量表。通过开放性问卷调查、对大学生心理咨询个案的分析和对高校实习指导教师、企业实习管理人员及实习生的访谈,确定了条目,通过探索性因素分析进行项目的筛选和因子的提取,再用另一半被试进行了验证性因素分析。确定顶岗实习生压力源量表由28个条目组成,7因素结构。源量表的信效度基本符合心理测量学的要求。

| Abstract: | This research is for establishing the occupational pressure sheet of interships. Making sure the items by openning questionnaire, analyzing psychology of graduats and interviewing the professors, enterprise managers and interships. It screens projects and factors by reseaching, and analyzes the other part of the experiment. It makes sure that the pressure sheet of interships is made from 28 items, 7 factors. The reliability of the sheet basicly meets the requirement of psychological measuring method. |
