| 摘 要： | 天津职教集团技能大赛作为一种新型的教学交流活动,在全国教育教学模式中尚属首例。职教集团在天津城市职业学院总院的带领下,通过与市内四个高职教学分院的技能竞赛活动,进行集团内部的教育教学资源整合和交流,已经成为品牌活动。本文从促进教学、促进教师教学水平的提升、促进学生职业技能的提升三方面对集团技能竞赛模式进行了研究,对今后职教集团内部高职教育教学的发展提供理论的分析。

| Abstract: | As a new model of teaching exchange activity,the skill competition of Tianjin Vocational Education Group is the first one in the national teaching models.Under the leadership of the Tianjin City Vocational College and by competing with the other four branch vocational colleges in the city,the vocational education group makes a internal integration and exchange of teaching resources,which has become a brand activity.This paper makes a research on the model of group skill competition from the points of promoting the teaching,the teaching level of teachers and the students＇ skills,which provides a theoretical analysis for the future development of the internal higher vocational education of the vocational education group. |
