| 摘 要： | 高校科学发展,就要把勤俭办学作为一种精神内核、一种创业动力、一种基本品格和永恒追求。加强内部管理,建立健全内控制度是建设节约型校园的关键所在。主要从货币资金的管理与控制、实物资产的管理与控制、采购环节的管理与控制、工程项目的管理与控制、科研课题项目控制等五个方面就高校内控制制度的建设进行探讨与研究。

| Abstract: | For the scientific development of the university and college ,we should take frugality education as a spiritual core ,entrepreneurial motivation ,basic character and eternal pursuit .Strengthen the internal management ;establish the sound internal control system is the key to building the conserva‐tion-oriented campus .Mainly make the discussion and research on the monetary fund management and control ,management and control of physical assets ,management and control of procurement link ,pro‐ject management and control ,management and control of scientific research task project for the con‐struction of the control system of the colleges and universities . |
