| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、生物力学分析法结合多年从事标枪训练积累的一些经验,分析掷标枪最后用力身体左右侧动作间的相互关系,明确最后用力技术教学训练的重点,以免多走弯路,影响运动成绩的提高。

| Abstract: | Adopting the methods of documental information collection, interview and combing with experience accumulated in training of javelin throw, this paper makes analysis on the relationship between body lft side action and fight side action in last force. It makes clear the important points in technical beaching and trining in the last force so as to avoid detours which hinders the improvement of sports achievement. |
