| 摘 要： | 社会和谐是中国特色社会主义的本质属性,法治是公平正义的保障,是和谐社会的本质要求。在我国当前的政治环境里,法治是构建和谐社会的关键。我国需要大力实行依法治国,构建和谐的法律制度,特别是要全面推进依法行政,公正司法,建设一个高质量的法治政府。

| Abstract: | Social harmony is the essence of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the rule of law is to protect the fairness and justice is an essential requirement of a harmonious society.In the current political environment,the rule of law is the key to building a harmonious society.China needs to vigorously practice of governing the country according to law and building a harmonious legal system,in particular to promote administration according to law and judicial justice,building a high-quality government under the rule of law. |
