| 摘 要： | 教练员承载着培养我国竞技体育后备人才的重任,其职业具有很强的专业性和不可替代性,但我国对教练员的资格认证还缺乏规范的准入标准。研究认为：教练员的职业角色、运动员的发展要求已对教练员的执训资格提出挑战,建立教练员资格认证制度、确定教练员等级标准是提高教练员质量、应对该挑战的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The coach plays a very important role in cultivating China sports'reserving talents,which has very strong specialty and no-replacement,but there is not very normative standard of the coach qualification authentication.It is found that coach's professional role and the athletes'development call for the occupational qualification;to establish authentication system of coach qualification and to define the grade standards of coaches are effective approach to improve coach's quality and meet the chal-lenges. |
