褪黑素与运动关系研究综述

摘    要:褪黑素(Melatonin,MT)是松果体分泌的一种高亲脂性神经内分泌激素,在人体内有着广泛的生理作用。研究显示其对人体具有睡眠调节、抗抑郁、抗衰老、增强免疫及抗肿瘤发生等作用。最新研究还表明,褪黑素能够预防、减轻乃至逆转急性痛、炎性痛及神经病理性疼痛等多种类型的疼痛。本文从运动角度阐述褪黑素与抗氧化系统、免疫系统、细胞凋亡以及生物节律及情绪调节等方面的关系,指出褪黑素能消除自由基,提高机体抗氧化和免疫能力并能抑制细胞凋亡,以及调节生物节律和情绪。从而表明褪黑素对运动疲劳延迟与恢复及运动能力的提高有着积极的作用。

Abstract:Melatonin is a nerve endocrine hormone secreted from pineal gland with high lipotropic,which has widely functions in human body.Through analyzing the secretion rule of melatonin and its effect on hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad axis,adrenal cortex axis,hypothyroid axis,sympathetic nerve,this paper put forward that melatonin has not only active functions for delaying exercise fatigue and recovery and developing sports ability,but also has application prospect widely.
