Abstract: | Evaluating the development effect of digital green innovation (DGI) in manufacturing industry is a key mechanism to achieve the dual carbon target and promote the development of digital economy. Based on the five development concepts, this paper sets up five dimensions: green development, innovation-driven, digital economy, efficient competition and risk control, and constructs the evaluation index system of DGI and development in manufacturing industry. Based on the regional resource endowment, this paper uses the FAHP-entropy weight model to set the combined weights for different regions, and comprehensively evaluates the development effect of DGI in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing industry. The results show that :(1) pollution emission and digital infrastructure are the core factors affecting the development of DGI in the manufacturing industry of Beijing, tianjin and hebei. Supply chain risk control, innovation impact and digital Internet carrier, innovation contribution and credit risk control are the core factors affecting Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei respectively. (2) The proportion of five aspects of DGI and development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing industry showed a coordinated and integrated trend in the past decade. The priority is Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The digital economy shows a trend of gradual expansion and a good momentum of development. Compared with Hebei and Beijing in risk control, Tianjin should focus on efficient competition. (3) The development trend of DGI in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei manufacturing industry is good in the past decade. Hebei has the fastest overall growth rate. Although the comprehensive level of Beijing is still rising steadily, compared with Hebei, the growth rate is slower. The comprehensive level of Tianjin system is not optimistic. |
