| 摘 要： | 农业科研机构是农业科技创新和农业信息服务的主要载体,是农业信息资源得以有效开发利用、从而使西部农业加快告别自然经济和粗放式增长的动力之一。在借鉴国内外学者研究成果的基础上,聚焦于西部农业科研机构,构建具有针对性的农业科研机构信息资源开发能力评价指标体系,利用层次分析法对西部农业科研机构信息开发现状进行评价。从评价结果来看,要提高西部农业科研机构信息资源开发服务能力,必须提升科研实力、加强科研创新能力、拓宽科技成果推广渠道、提高农业综合信息服务能力。
