中小学教师培养模式改革构想

摘    要:选择教师培养模式应考虑经济发展水平、师资供求状况及学校自身的基础。高水平师范大学和有条件的综合性大学可以实行学科专业教育与教师专业教育相分离,为培养高学历、研究型教师进行先导性探索;普通本科高师院校宜采取“宽口径、厚基础、高水平”的人才培养模式,发挥“主力军”的作用;应积极推进三级师范向二级师范过渡,具备条件的地方向一级过渡,实现小学教师本科化;以终身教育理念统领教师职前培养、职后培训的一体化建设,为教师的专业化发展提供教育平台和依托。

Abstract:Choosing the teacher education mode,we should consider the economic development level,teacher's supply and demand situation and the school's own foundation.The high-level normal schools and universities can separate discipline training and teacher's training in order to carry on the guiding exploration for the well-educated teachers and researchers.Ordinary normal schools should adopt the education modes of "wide requirements,thick foundation,high-level",playing the role of "mainstay".We should advance the transition from three grades normal schools to two even one grades normal schools,for the realization of the bachelor of elementary school.Furthermore,we also should integrate the pre-service and post-service education with the idea of life-long education,offering platform for teachers' professionalism development.
