| 摘 要： | 文化产业很大程度上决定了未来城市的竞争力，而乌鲁木齐发展文化产业有着巨大优势，我们应该从目前乌鲁木齐的市情出发，采取积极措施，重点开发好四大文化支柱产业，提高乌鲁木齐城市竞争力。
