高校学术评价的功利化现状及其根源

摘    要:目前,高校学术评价的功利化现状表现为学术评价偏重行政权力、推崇成果数量而忽视质量。这分别是由于行政部门干预过多和学术成果的效率优先观念造成的。追根溯源,学术评价的功利化现状源于教育制度和文化价值观。借鉴西方学术评价的经验,高校学术评价要尊重学术的独立性,把创新作为学术评价的最高标准和价值取向,并建立内、外机制结合的学术评价制度。

Abstract:The utilitarianism of college academic evaluation shows itself in an emphasis on executive powers,with more attention paid to quantity than quality.This was caused by the excessive interference of administration and the concept of the priority academic achievements.The current state was due to traditional education system and cultural values in China.Learning from the experience of western academic evaluation,we should respect academic independence,taking innovation as the highest standard and value,trying to set up an internal-external combined college academic evaluation mechanism.
