| Abstract: | Following the development of modern society, the rate of juvenile delinquency increases very rapidly. This paper attempts to analyze the characteristics of juvenile delinquency and try to find a better way to prevent and reduce it. There are mainly eight characteristics of juvenile delinquency. Most of the criminals commit crimes intelligently though they are young. They are usually organized to embezzle blindly but fiercely. Furthermore, they also commit sexual crimes seasonally. Juvenile delinquancy result from society, schools, families and individuals. Through analyzing these, this paper gives some countermeasures to manage extensively, punish thoroughly and improve the whole national qualities. |
